About the Job
The Administrative Associate will have primary responsibility for implementing and improving the administrative functions that support Oregon Futures Lab fundraising efforts. The position includes typical office and light accounting duties, as well as fundraising and event coordination responsibilities. This person will be a partner to the Executive Director and Program Manager, a key member of the Oregon Futures Lab and Color PAC team, and will have the opportunity to regularly participate in meetings and events with current and emerging Oregon leaders. The position will be part-time in 2019, with room to grow into full-time in 2020.

Who We’ll Hire
Lived experience with racism and other forms of systemic oppression
Impeccable organization and time management skills
Excellent and proactive communication, both written and verbal
High attention to detail
Successful experience creating and managing budgets
Strong computer and database skills, or willingness to learn quickly
Ability to respectfully take direction from the Executive Director and "manage up” as needed
Must be available to work 20 hours per week on weekdays between 8:30am-5:30pm
Experience with EveryAction database
Experience with supervision of interns and volunteers
College degree in business, administration, or finance
